We have customized front and back wine label templates that have been approved by COLA. We can use these approved templates to convey your message at a cost of $4.99, using a very high quality 3``x5`` silver metallic polyester label, for each front label design which makes it an affordable personalized wine labels in California. The back label can have up to 3 lines of your message or sentiments at no additional charge. Additional charges will incur if changes are made to the COLA approved front labels.
