Can I change my label or engraving design after production begins?
Since production begins after final order is approved, and payment has been received, any changes made after production begins will incur an additional charge. Contact us for more information.
What can I put on my customized wine label?
Your customized wine label can have your own text or images. Due to regulations, we are unable to make any labels with threats, nudity, profanities, state or national flags, copyright or trademarked logos, military emblems, and symbols. Generally, labels may not contain false or misleading information, including misleading health claims, or other prohibited items
Damily Wine reserves the right to refuse any label that may violate copyright, trademark or alcohol bureau restrictions.
When will my order ship?
All our products are made-to-order; therefore, production times varies. We will provide you shipping date and tracking information once production has been completed.

Can my wine order package be left at the door?
Unfortunately, the law requires that someone 21 or older signs for a package containing alcohol at the time of delivery.
Why is shipping wine so expensive?
Special packaging is required to ship wine and keep it secure since it is heavy, fragile, and highly regulated.
Can I use my own shipper for wine purchases?
Unless you are an approved winery, you are not able to use your own shipper. Shipment of alcoholic beverages including wine requires proper license to manufacture, sell, distribute, or otherwise import alcohol.
Can I ship to multiple addresses?
Yes, we ship to multiple addresses if the addresses are on the list of states that we ship to.
Can my wine order be shipped internationally?
We are unable to ship wine outside the United States.
Can you ship to Military Bases?
Due to security restrictions, the USPS is the only courier legally allowed to deliver packages to military bases and they do not ship alcohol.
