Red – Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Sangiovese and Pinot Noir
Reds are the most popular wine in the world, with Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot being among the most consumed. After destemming and crushing the fresh grapes, the skins are left on during the fermentation period. The result is wine with rich flavors and vibrant colors that range from intense violets to bright magentas.

White – Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Moscato
Whites are generally lighter in taste compared to reds. For those with sweet tooth, our wines like the sweet Moscato, will satisfy your palette.
Rosé – Sangiovese Rosé
Rose wines are popular in the summer months because it is light, refreshing and delicate. They are great for weddings and formal special events.

Non-Alcoholic – Cabernet Sauvignon (Alcohol Removed), Chardonnay (Alcohol Removed)
Our non-alcoholic wines are produced using the same process for our other wines except for two additional steps at the back end. They are gently distilled to remove the alcohol, and preserve the taste, character, and color. The non-alcoholic white wine is buttery and toasty while the red wine is chocolatey and stone fruity.
