Returns & Refunds

Customer Returns

We do not accept returns as each product is custom made to the customer’s specification and approval. However, should there be issues an order please reach out to info@damilywine.com and we’ll work with you to find a solution.

Undeliverable Packages

No refunds are issued for packages that are returned to us undeliverable. If reshipping is requested, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees and re-shipment fees.

Please note: If your order is returned as undeliverable, we will charge your card for the return shipment fees. The charge on your card will appear from Damily LLC.

Guarantees

No-Break Guarantee for wines

We go above and beyond to package and ship our wine in approved wine shipping boxes. Occasionally, accidents do happen. In such cases, we give you the option to either receive a replacement or a refund for the cost of the damaged goods.

Send an email to info@damilywine.com including your order number and a photograph of the problem along with a clear description.
